Materials

Our standard PLA colours are black, white, grey and green; availability is confirmed in your quote. Ordinary material is included. Special procurement costs and time are agreed before payment.

Pricing

One piece is welcome. Model checks and quotes are free. You approve the total before ordering. Support removal and basic cleanup are included; sanding and painting are not offered.

Quality

If a clear defect is caused by our printing or handling, we reprint free of charge. Issues involving the approved design, dimensions or intended use are discussed separately.

    Send your model

    Email an STL or 3MF, or share a model link. Tell us the size, quantity and intended use. Model checks and quotes are free.

  2. 02

    Get a clear quote

    We check feasibility and reply within one business day. Your quote confirms the price, material, and separate procurement, production and shipping timelines.

  3. 03

    Confirm and pay

    Once you accept the quote and your bank transfer arrives, we purchase any required materials and schedule printing.

  4. 04

    Collect or receive

    We check your print before handover. Collect free by appointment in Kalasatama, including at the metro station, or choose a tracked parcel within Finland. Shipping is quoted separately.

What goes into the price?

Model size, printing time, material, quantity and finishing all play a part. Multiple colours can add printing time and material waste. You see the full picture before deciding.

Which models can I send?

We accept STL and 3MF files, or a link to a model. Please make sure you have permission to commission a paid print of the model.

Which uses do you accept?

We accept ordinary decorative objects, organisers, stands and hobby models. We do not accept food-contact, medical, child-safety or other safety-critical work, including safety-critical load-bearing parts. Please explain the intended use in your enquiry.

Can I cancel an order?

If neither material procurement nor production has started, we refund your payment in full. Afterwards, we discuss a refund based on progress, deducting only reasonable, unrecoverable costs where applicable law permits. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Full terms are confirmed before ordering.

Can you resize my model?

Yes, we can make simple size adjustments. Tell us your required dimensions. We check whether scaling could affect the part before quoting. Designing new models is outside our current service.

What if I do not know which material to choose?

Tell us what the object will be used for and the conditions it will face. We can suggest a material compatible with our equipment. Some models and applications are outside the scope of our printing service.

How long does an order take?

We agree on the schedule in each quote. Material procurement, production and shipping are listed separately so you can see how the delivery time is calculated.

Where can I collect my print?

Collection is free and always by appointment in Kalasatama, including at the metro station. We confirm the meeting point privately. Tracked parcels are available across Finland, with customer-paid shipping confirmed in the quote.

What happens to my file?

Your model is used to handle and fulfil your order. Model files are deleted 90 days after the order is closed. You can request earlier deletion by email.
